Meeting requests: privacy notice

- What and why
- The email addresses entered in the booking form, and the time chosen, to arrange and hold the requested meeting and reply about it.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering a business request for a meeting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the addresses for marketing.
- Recipients
- Our hosting and email provider, Hostinger International Ltd, acting on our instructions.
- Retention
- 12 months after the meeting date, unless an engagement follows; then for the duration of that business relationship.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to start@restrategise.com.
- Complaints
- The Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
- Required?
- An email address is needed for us to reply. Without it we cannot arrange the meeting.
- Colleagues
- If someone added your address, it came from them via this form.
